Most Missed Case: Calcaneal Fracture

Follow along as our expert subspecialist reviews this case of calcaneal fracture demonstrated on a three-view radiograph study of the right foot. A fracture of the calcaneus, or heel bone, commonly occurs during a fall from a height or motor vehicle accident and is often associated with breaks of the hip and/or back.
