This case report describes a diagnostically challenging presentation of acute seizures and aphasia in a patient initially suspected of having systemic lupus erythematosus, ultimately revealing a diffuse hemispheric glioma with an H3 G34 mutation. The case illustrates how neurologic manifestations can overlap with systemic inflammatory or autoimmune conditions, complicating the initial diagnostic assessment.

This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluates the role of pulmonary magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the assessment of interstitial lung disease (ILD).
