This case report describes a diagnostically challenging presentation of acute seizures and aphasia in a patient initially suspected of having systemic lupus erythematosus, ultimately revealing a diffuse hemispheric glioma with an H3 G34 mutation. This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluates the role of pulmonary magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the assessment of interstitial lung disease (ILD).
