Visiting Professor: Dr. Jeffrey Kanne

Please join us in welcoming our first virtual visiting professor of 2021, Dr. Jeffrey Kanne, who will present “Thoracic Imaging Case Review” at noon conference on Tuesday, April 20.

Dr. Kanne serves as the Chief of Thoracic Imaging and Vice Chair of Quality at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He specializes in thoracic radiology with special expertise in interstitial and diffuse lung diseases, lung infections, and high resolution CT of the chest. His professional interests include postgraduate and continuing medical education, utilization management, low-dose CT techniques, and quality improvement in radiology. He was named a Fellow of the American College of Radiology in 2020. Dr. Kanne has authored or coauthored over 125 articles in radiology in addition to multiple chapters and textbooks on thoracic imaging.
