Congratulations to one of our graduates, Dr Andrew Rivard, Assistant Professor of Radiology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. Dr Rivard accepted the American College of Radiology (ACR) Overall Excellence Award on behalf of the Mississippi Chapter at the ACR Annual Meeting and Chapter Leadership Conference in Washington DC April 26-30, This award recognizes the Mississippi chapter for excellence in activities related to state legislative action, communication activities, improvements in chapter governance, and outreach activities.
Dr Rivard completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency in 2010 here in the Department of Radiology with the College of Medicine at the University of Florida. We are very proud of Dr Rivard’s accomplishments and look forward to his future endeavors.
